Kingswells Draft Development Framework

KCC's picture

At its meeting of 10 July 2008, Aberdeen City Council’s Planning Committee agreed to carry out a consultation exercise on a draft Development Framework for Kingswells, which sets out the way in which the development of land for housing to the south of the existing village at Kingswells may be approached. This document is now being made available for public consultation.

The Planning Committee report can be viewed here by scrolling down to Item 11.6 of the Planning Agenda for 10 July 2008: Planning Agenda 10 July 2008

Please note that this document is not a planning application. The final development framework will, however, indicate to developers what would be acceptable to the City Council at this location.

The consultation period runs from 11 August 2008 until 3 October 2008.

Any responses should be posted, faxed or emailed to the address at the bottom of the page with the words "Consultation on the Draft Kingswells Development Framework" at the top of the address if by letter, or in the subject field if by email.

You can view an electronic copy (.pdf) of the draft development framework here:
