The assistance is provided as a Java script, so you will need Java to be enabled on your machine.

The videos are best viewed in full screen mode. If you use Internet Explorer to browse the internet then press the F11 key. After the video has finished press F11 again to reset.

The videos have a control bar at the bottom, so you can pause or stop the video, or by clicking on the progress bar you can go back or forward.
