Kingswells Community Council

The proposals for the development plan were leaked to the Evening Express. KCC have confirmed with the ACC planners that the proposals have not been totally finalised yet, but the version of the plan that will be completed next week will not vary significantly from the version shown in the EE.

The plan will be presented to councillors in the next week and will be proposed for consultation. If the proposal is accepted then the Main Issues Report will go for public consultation Mid October for 8 weeks. There will be a series of public meetings in Novermber and your comments will be accepted until Mid December.
