Aberdeen City Council's Preferred Options

This section shows the assessment Aberdeen City Council undertook to determine their preferred options for the Main Issues Report.

It should assist you in making your submission to ACC if you state whether you agree or disagree with these assessments, and if you highlight any points of disagreement. You can add any comments you have to the bottom of the individual articles. This will allow others to make a better submission.

Why do we need to do this? The simple answer is that all the developers whose proposals are non-preferred at this stage will be putting forward arguments to change the preferred options.

The proposed development around Kingswells is as detailed in the following table.
